Rhoda and Elmyra went into the garage and climbed on the car, with Furrball safely remaining inside the house.

Mechanically, the ditz inserted the key into the starter, imitating her mom and dad, and turned on the engine.

"Utah, here we come!" cheered the blonde girl.

The car, however, wasn't going anywhere.

"Well?" asked Rhoda, crossing her arms impatiently.

"Oh, silly-willy me! I have to press the pedal!" chanted Elmyra. She had to half-step off the driver's seat in order to reach the pedal, and she pressed it with her right foot.

The engine revved, but still no one was going anywhere.

"If you liked me, you'd get this car moving!!!" whined the "queen".

Elmyra was genuinely confused, as she had no idea why the vehicle refused to move, no matter how hard she pressed the gas pedal.

"WELL??"

The redhead looked around frantically, trying to get her two neurons to connect in order to find out how to get the car to mov--

"Oh, silly-willy me again! I have to get it in gear!" She giggled sheepishly, and shoved the gearshift back. "The 'R' of 'run'!"

She was still pressing on the gas pedal, so the car jolted backward, throwing the two toward the dashboard and steering wheel.

Two seconds later, the Duff automobile had become a permanent fixture on a tree on the opposite curb.

And the two girls had been shoved back into their seats.

Moments later, neighbors began running out of their homes to see what had happened.

A siren was heard in the distance.

As Sweetie Birds swirled around Elmyra's head, and hamster skulls swirled around Rhoda's head, the Duff girl moaned, "I don't think we're going to make it to Utah by tonight, Rhonda-Woda...."

"...I hate you..."
